He turns on the bedside lamp and lights a cigarette the cherry burns as he inhales. He wipes the cold sweat of his forehead and thinks to himself "Another nightmare." He sighs then gets up and walks to his computer he logs on to find the same thing day in and day out… No messages. He turns on the radio and listens to old 90's song on a forgotten radio station thinking about going back to bed. Its only 4 in the morning but he knows there will be more nightmares on the way… He remembers how easy it was for him before to take in the nightmares, but shakes off that memory he doesn’t want to remem Midnight smoke

Midnight Smoke pt 2Brad wakes up and looks at the clock it says 10:59 He thinks to himself ("I wonder what Jeff is doing.") Jeff is Brads best friend and roommate Known him Ever since grade school When Jeff rescued Brad from bullies been best friends since He gets up and scratches his stomach and walks to the bathroom then to the living room to find Jeff with Mary Jeff's sister and Brads friend Brad says"Hey Mary how you doing" "im fine sleep well sleeping beauty?" Says Mary  "not really" says brad thinking about the nightmares  Brad walks into the kitchen and gets some water and sits next to Jeff  "so what are we going to do today Midnight Smoke pt 2

has anyone like missed how life used to be? like before the bullshit? I miss that I want that back I want to go back and fix everything I'm tired of this bull shit called life and I hate growing up I wish I could just go back to 12 and stay 12 and never grow up never fall inlove never miss that person I fall inlove with after things dont work out I just wish i could go back and stop the pain of growing up.
